This service is managed by an external and independent entity, in accordance with current regulations, ensuring impartiality, confidentiality, and an objective resolution of all claims received.

- The maximum time to issue a resolution is two months from the date the complaint is submitted.
- Submitting a complaint to the SAC is free of charge for the client.
- Before contacting other bodies (such as the Directorate-General for Insurance and Pension Funds), the complaint must first be submitted to the SAC.
