Once the insurance contract has been terminated, the insurance broker must delete the data unless you have expressly authorized its continued processing for other purposes, particularly the issuance of a new contract.

5. The recommendation provided to you is based on an objective and personalised analysis, which involves reviewing a sufficient number of insurance contracts available in the market. We believe that the proposal presented matches your personal demands and provides appropriate coverage for your identified needs and requirements.
6. The brokerage also informs the client of the provisions of Article 21 of the Spanish Insurance Contract Law (Law 50/1980), whereby communications made by the broker to the insurer shall have the same legal effect as if they were made by the policyholder directly.
